Aws Certification Agreement
The AWS Certified Store offers AWS Certified individuals the ability to purchase AWS Certified Goods. Access to the AWS Certified Store requires successful completion of one or more AWS Certifications. Access to the goods is based on the certification you have obtained (e.B. Associate, Professional). AWS supports the principle of equal opportunity and non-discrimination in all certification programs and prohibits discrimination against its candidates, candidates, certified individuals, employees, and volunteers based on age, gender, ethnicity, race, religion, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by federal or state law. All AWS certification decisions (including granting, suspending, and withdrawing accreditation) are made impartially and are free from discriminatory judgments. If a Candidate is investigated by AWS, they must fully cooperate with the Survey, provide all documents and documents requested by AWS, and answer all questions asked of the Candidate truthfully and completely, whether by email, telephone, in person, or otherwise. Failure or refusal to cooperate with AWS` investigation, or the presentation of false or misleading information to AWS or its representatives in connection with an AWS investigation, constitutes a breach of the AWS Certification Program Agreement and serves as a separate and independent basis for AWS to take action against the applicant`s certification(s). AWS Certification digital badges are a way to visually represent your AWS Certification performance. We offer digital badges as a benefit of purchasing an AWS certification to view the status of the certification. AWS Certification digital badges are provided through Credly`s Acclaim platform and can be retrieved from your AWS Certification account with all your AWS Certified benefits.
You can use the sharing features of Credly`s Acclaim platform to post your badge in your social media newsfeeds and add your digital badge to your work profile. “AWS Certification Program” means the program through which AWS provides professional certifications and other credentials in connection with the Services. The AWS Certification Program is a “Service” within the meaning of the Agreement. To participate in the AWS Certification Program, you must accept the Certification Program Agreement (“CPA”). To the extent that there is a conflict between the Agreement and the PCA, the ACP must control. You must update (or recertify) your certification every three years. For more information, see AWS Reccertification Certification. Training is recommended as part of your preparation for certification, but is not required to complete the certification. You agree that you have determined that your use of the BYOL Program complies with applicable Microsoft licensing requirements. Use of the Services that violates your agreement(s) with Microsoft is not authorized or permitted.
This AWS Certification Program Agreement (the “CPA”) contains the terms that govern your participation in the AWS Certification Program (as defined below) between Amazon Web Services, Inc. (“AWS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you (“you”) and is an addendum to your AWS Customer Agreement (available at www.aws.amazon.com/agreement) (the “Customer Agreement”) that may be updated from time to time. By accepting these Terms, you represent to us that you are legally able to enter into this CPA. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, your parent or guardian must agree to the terms of this CPA on your behalf in order for you to participate in the Program. Capitalized terms not defined in this CPA will have the meanings set forth in the Customer Agreement. (c) Collaborate with other AWS customers. You may reproduce and distribute (but not sublicense) the Lumberyard Documents (including permitted modifications and derivatives): (i) to other AWS customers who are your subcontractors solely to enable those AWS customers to perform work on your behalf, (ii) to other AWS customers in connection with the work you do for them as a contractor, and (iii) up to 5 other AWS customers; that you authorize to distribute a Lumberyard Project as part of your sale or license of that Lumberyard Project (e.B publisher of a game you have developed). The rights of these other AWS customers in the Lumberyard Materials are governed by their contract(s) with us.
41.1. By using AWS Certificate Manager (“ACM”), you authorize us and Amazon Trust Services, LLC (“ATS”) or our affiliates (collectively, “Amazon CA”) to request and obtain public trust SSL/TLS certificates (each, a “Certificate”) from certificate authorities in the United States, some of which may be third parties, for the domain name you provide to us. By submitting a certificate request, you confirm that (1) you are the registrant of the domain name (as defined in the ca/browser forum basic requirements certificate policy then in effect for issuing and managing certificates of public trust (the “CA/B Forum Requirements” can be found here); (2) You have control over the FQDN (as defined in the CA/B forum requirements); or (3) the domain name registrant has granted you permission to authorize Amazon CA to request and receive each certificate. You acknowledge that you are giving Amazon CA control of the FQDN solely for the purpose of obtaining the certificate and for no other purpose, and you agree that Amazon CA may request the certificate for the domain name. We may refuse to provide you with a certificate for any reason. 26.8. Microsoft BYOL Licenses. Under this option, you can use Amazon WorkSpaces to deploy WorkSpaces with your Microsoft software and licenses (the “BYOL WorkSpaces Program”). You must be authorized to use the WorkSpaces BYOL program for applicable Microsoft software under your agreement(s) with Microsoft. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required licenses and complying with all applicable Microsoft license requirements, including product usage rights/product terms. In addition, you must have accepted the Microsoft End User License Agreement (Microsoft EULA) and, by using Microsoft software as part of the WORKSpaces BYOL program, you agree to the Microsoft EULA. You agree that you have determined that your use of the WorkSpaces BYOL program complies with applicable Microsoft licensing requirements.
Use of the Services that violates your agreement(s) with Microsoft is not authorized or permitted. If your digital badges don`t appear on Credly`s Acclaim platform, you may have multiple AWS Certification accounts. Make sure you are logged into the account that contains your certification(s). If you have multiple AWS Certification accounts with the same email address, you must merge your accounts before claiming your badges on Credly`s Acclaim platform. Please contact us for assistance. 45.6. AWS may develop Content consisting of (a) documents and diagrams (“Documents”) or (b) software (as source or object code), code samples, or scripts (“Software”) for you as part of AWS Professional Services (such documents and software, “Developed Content”). Subject to a non-disclosure agreement between you and AWS, AWS will not be prevented from developing, using, or selling products or services that are similar to or related to the Content developed. Any Developed Content made available to you by AWS as part of the AWS Professional Services as part of a STATEMENT of Work is licensed under the following terms: 1.7. If your agreement does not contain any provisions about AWS Confidential Information and you and AWS have not entered into an effective non-disclosure agreement, you agree not to disclose any AWS Confidential Information (as defined in the AWS Customer Agreement), except as required by law. No, AWS does not provide a list of AWS Certified People.
Many AWS certified people choose to share their certification status in public profiles and resumes. AWS Certification digital badges can be verified through Credly`s Acclaim platform. .
